Hi Alice,
Blk 1 Everton Park is a combination of 3RM and 5RM flats. The block used to be all 3RM flats, until Government combined some two 3RM units into a 5RM unit. There are 3 5RM units on each floor now.
The last 5RM unit was transacted by me back in January 2016. Hence, I'm very familiar with the layout.
May I know are you looking at 5RM flats in this area?
